Loughshore Lines, the fifth collection, was launched at the Allingham Festival, Ballyshannon, in October 2021. Fermanagh Writers gathered together storytellers and poets who have drawn inspiration from Lough Erne’s waters.
Contributors include Colin Dardis, Kate Ennals, Monica Corish, Moyra Donaldson, John D Kelly, and Pat Joe Kennedy.
Remembering and Forgetting, the fourth collection, was published in 2017.
The writings explore lived and unlived possibilities; reflections that T. S. Eliot once described as a Rose Garden. We invite readers to open the gate and go in.
Tavern Told Tales, the third collection, was launched in Blakes of the Hollow, Enniskillen in October 2015, to coincide with the regional heat of the All-Ireland Poetry Slam. Tavern Told Tales is where truth goes by a different name, but is true all the same.
Tails of the Unexpected, the second collection, was launched in November 2013.
This collection of animal stories by FW members and guest authors Carlo Gebler and Seamas Mac Annaidh was written to aid Bright Eyes Animal Sanctuary. All proceeds from the book were donated to Bright Eyes.
Tuesdays at Charlie’s, the group’s first collection, was shortlisted in Writing Magazine’s Writers Group Anthology Contest 2012. Entries to the contest were received from all parts of Britain and Northern Ireland and competition was tough so reaching the shortlist was quite an achievement.
